EVERYENC: SELF-HELP - Theory of Predators are Preys and Preys are Predators Intro

I know that we all have experienced being manipulated and controlled by other people so I am not going to ask "have you ever been."

I have a theory and I call it "Predators are Preys and Preys are Predators." We all know what preys and predators are and their roles, so we know how they function.

Predators are identified as hunters and they are hunting preys while preys are hiding from predators so that they will not be caught and be eaten. This is the general perspective of predators and preys. But what if the role is really the other way around? When I finished about studying my own theory, I will write about it.

For now . . . Let us look at Manipulation and Control (My theory is related to it)

We know what manipulation is and we also know what control is.

But do we know who is the manipulator and who is the controller?

If we are the manipulator, who are we manipulating? How do we manipulate? Are we really manipulating them, or are they the one manipulating us?

If we are the controller, who are we controlling? how do we control? Are we really controlling them, or are they the one controlling us?

These are just the basic questions but with more complicated answers.

Let us first recognize some manipulative tactics and what fits our personality.

We have to be able to acknowledge and accept what we are personally in order for us to understand manipulation and control. We might say other people are manipulating and controlling us but in reality, it was us who is manipulative and controlling.

Like predators hunt preys and preys hunt predators. :)

Let us take time to think about ourselves and how we deal with other people in our circle and outside our circle. Let us not overthink things that are happening around us and instead, pay attention and be critical, in a good way. :)
