EVERYENC: The Crowned Clown - Historical Drama with A Twist

I just finished watching one of my favorite historical Korean drama last night and it was really awesome. I am thinking of watching it again for the next few weeks I guess. It will be a lot of fun!

Okay so what is the story of The Crowned Clown?

The story is about a King and a Clown who has the same exact and identical face. With the rising political, tyrannical, and assassination cases, the king had to find a way to safeguard himself and investigate the assassination attempts with the help of his Chief Secretary. One day, they accidentally found a clown who had the same exact and identical face as the king. He was taken to the king, verified their facial similarities and decided to have the clown act as a king on his stead while the Chief Secretary is investigating the assassination attempts. Until they identify and find evidences of the assassination attempts, for the time being, the clown must act as a king. And the story begins.
